Live in the Pearl
At the turn of the century – the 21st Century, that is – the Pearl District was an entirely new neighborhood, and not even native Portlanders knew all that much about it. Hoyt Street Properties, a major developer in the Pearl District, thought it would be a good idea to build a website to introduce everyone, particularly prospective home buyers, to the area. The website provides a little history and a lot of sizzle about Portland’s newest, most upscale neighborhood.
