I like to think that I am a pretty good writer. But trust me, I could never have written half the stories I heard while researching this campaign. Like the guy who got his truck stuck in the mud while delivering i-joists to his customer and ended up packing them one at a time 1/4 mile uphill to the job site — on a twisted ankle. Prior to this campaign, i-joists were considered a commodity product. But by focusing on the service behind the product, Boise Cascade became the preferred brand.
